Eplucher l'échalote et effeuiller la coriandre. Mixer le beurre avec la farine, la coriandre et l'échalote. Assaisonner et ajouter l'oeuf.<br />
Garder la pâte une trentaine de minutes au frais.<br />
<br />
Etaler et réaliser les tartelettes. Les cuire une dizaine de minutes à 160°C dans un four préchauffé.<br />
<br />
Couper les 2/3 des verts du poireaux.<br />
Emincer les poireaux finement et les faire revenir à feu doux dans l'huile d'olive 15 minutes, le temps qu'ils fondent sans coloration. Ajouter le crème et le cumin et laisser cuire de nouveau et assaisonner.<br />
<br />
Garnir les tartelettes de la préparation aux poireaux. J'ai ajouté de petits copeaux de comté.<br />
Enfourner quelques minutes.<br />

Préparez la marinade en versant la sauce soja, ajoutez ensuite l’huile de sésame grillée, le jus de citron, le

Trempez
chaque coté du thon dans la marinade puis dans le sésame.<br />

Faites la même chose sur chaque face. Le bord du pavé de
thon doit être totalement recouvert.<br />

Dans une poêle,
versez de l’huile de sésame, faites chauffer, déposez ensuite le thon et
laissez cuire 5 minutes, retournez le thon et cuire 5 minutes de
l’autre côté.<br />
